That is great!! Will surely be a nice alternative to the treadmill. When is it scheduled for completion?

We would love to see this built but we are not sure when it could happen. The route and idea has been submitted but we haven’t heard anything in quite a while. Running on a designated path would be a lot more enjoyable than the treadmill and far safer than running through parking lots and campus roads like we currently must do.

Training Schedule

Mondays

off - we dont meet on Mondays

Tuesdays

Meet 6:15 Lombardi Pool UNR. Swim workout will be given at this time.

Wednesdays

Meet 6:15 Lombardi lobby UNR. Run workout will be high intensity speed work like intervals and track work. Run workout will be given at this time.

Thursdays

Meet 6:15 Lombardi Pool UNR. Swim workout will be given at this time.

Fridays

Meet 6:15 Lombardi lobby UNR. Run workout will be long moderate intensity endurance like tempo running. Run workout will be given at this time.

Saturdays

To be announced. Plan on swim/bike/run bricks at UNR Lombardi Rec. Another option is bike/run bricks from Eclipse Pizza.

Sundays

To be announced. Plan on long runs.
