Meet 6:15 Lombardi Pool UNR. Swim workout will be given at this time.

Wednesdays

Meet 6:15 Lombardi lobby UNR. Run workout will be high intensity speed work like intervals and track work. Run workout will be given at this time.

Thursdays

Meet 6:15 Lombardi Pool UNR. Swim workout will be given at this time.

Fridays

Meet 6:15 Lombardi lobby UNR. Run workout will be long moderate intensity endurance like tempo running. Run workout will be given at this time.

Saturdays

To be announced. Plan on swim/bike/run bricks at UNR Lombardi Rec. Another option is bike/run bricks from Eclipse Pizza.

Sundays

To be announced. Plan on long runs.

On the Agenda:

1. The Triathlon Team is going to be hosting on Winter Triathlon on Jan. 8th – props to Jeff for getting the ball rolling and doing all of the leg work to make this happen! We will fill you in on Thursday with more details.

2. We will be discussing finding sponsorship in the community once again – I would like to get the youngins involved over winter to break to reach out into the community for sponsorship.

3. We will briefly talk about who wants to go to Collegiate Nationals this Spring and how we’re going to pay for it – Sat, April 16th in Alabama.

4. If you haven’t paid club dues ($20) or Scott ($180) please get that done, otherwise Scott and I will hunt you down – maybe.

5. Finally, We will discuss the Jogging Path that Scott is actively trying to get made on campus. We will need to contact ASUN and petition for money. I was thinking we could even start a petition to have other students behind us. We will also vote on spending club funding to pay for some it.

**remember $20 club fee is due and pay Scott coaching fees if you havent done so for fall semester.
