Meet 6:15 Lombardi Pool UNR. Swim workout will be given at this time.
Wednesdays
Meet 6:15 Lombardi lobby UNR. Run workout will be high intensity speed work like intervals and track work. Run workout will be given at this time.
Thursdays
Meet 6:15 Lombardi Pool UNR. Swim workout will be given at this time.
Fridays
Meet 6:15 Lombardi lobby UNR. Run workout will be long moderate intensity endurance like tempo running. Run workout will be given at this time.
Saturdays
To be announced. Plan on swim/bike/run bricks at UNR Lombardi Rec. Another option is bike/run bricks from Eclipse Pizza.
Sundays
To be announced. Plan on long runs.
